Excel Panic Button operates on a membership-based structure. By purchasing a membership, you receive a monthly allocation of service credits. Each credit represents approximately five (5) minutes of support time with our specialists.
For the purposes of these Terms, “Specialists” or “Support Team” refers to individuals authorized by the Company to provide support services. This may include employees of the Company as well as independent contractors who have signed confidentiality agreements and been trained to deliver services on the Company’s behalf.
Service is provided at the discretion of our specialists, and credit deductions are made based on the time and complexity of the support provided. Your credit balance is updated accordingly after each interaction. Certain membership plans include access to live call support, while others include only email-based support. Features vary by plan, and Company reserves the right to adjust or discontinue features at any time.
Unused credit rollover is subject to a maximum cap, which varies by plan. These limits are disclosed at the time of purchase or on the plan selection page. Excel Panic Button reserves the right to modify rollover caps with reasonable notice.
All individual plans are subject to a one-time setup fee upon enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.
You represent and warrant that (i) any credit or payment information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, and (iv) if your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the dishonored payment.
The Company reserves the right to update membership pricing, features, or available plans at any time. Any changes will be communicated with reasonable notice via email or on the Website. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing and/or features. Failure to attend a scheduled live support call without at least 30 minutes advance notice may result in forfeiture of the applicable support credit at the Company’s sole discretion.
All Excel Panic Button memberships operate on a credit-based support model. Each credit represents approximately five (5) minutes of human support time, including issue review, file analysis, communication, and resolution.
Credits are deducted based on the estimated time and complexity of each request. Usage is measured in whole credit increments, and may be rounded up to the nearest full credit.
The total credit deduction for each ticket is determined by our team at their sole discretion, based on the level of effort required. Unused credits may carry over for a limited time depending on the user’s plan, as outlined at the time of purchase.
Credits are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and may only be redeemed for services as defined in your selected plan. Credits may not be sold, gifted, exchanged, or converted into cash under any circumstances. Credits are non-refundable once used.
Excel Panic Button reserves the right to expire or revoke unused credits in the event of misuse, plan cancellation, or at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.
All Excel Panic Button plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled in advance. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are offered for unused time, credits, or partial months after a charge has been processed. It is your responsibility to monitor your billing cycle and submit cancellation requests in a timely manner. Excel Panic Button is not liable for charges resulting from failure to cancel before your renewal date.
We aim to provide fast, high-quality support. For email-based requests, our goal is to acknowledge your ticket within 15 minutes and resolve eligible issues within 1 hour during support hours. For live support, appointment availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis within the time blocks defined in your plan.
Please note that all response and resolution times are targets, not guarantees. Resolution times may vary based on the complexity of your issue, volume of requests, or incomplete submissions.
If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of a ticket or would like to request an internal review, you may email support@excelpanicbutton.com with the subject line “Escalation Request” and a member of our leadership team will follow up.
